This Asian-inspired dressing is deliciously salty. I use it to dress my Warm aubergetti, cauliflower and chard salad, and it also works really well served with fish. The miso offers digestion-boosting properties as well as an amazing taste.
For the Sesame Miso Dressing:
2cm-piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated (I put mine through a garlic press)
1tbsp dark miso paste
3tbsp hot water
1tbsp toasted sesame oil
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients together and store in the fridge until ready to use.
