In December, I was lucky enough to be picked to take part in the #Fabletics21 January campaign, after entering into a collaboration between the casting app Feels, and Fabletics. The idea behind the campaign was to create our own 21-day challenge, or to follow one of Fabletics’ suggested challenges. Why 21 days? Because apparently it takes 21 days to form a new habit (although there are different views on this!) With this in mind, I created my own challenge – to include at least 30 minutes of activity per day (it doesn’t sound like much but it’s easy to neglect with a busy schedule), whether it be walking, yoga or a workout, and to focus on mental health by including a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation per day using the Headspace app.
I was able to choose two outfits, which I was given to create some content with, and to share my progress in this challenge with my Instagram followers. I’ve shared several posts over on my channels, along with a few HIIT workout videos, so head on over to my Instagram to check them out!
